iComEx offers several convenient options for client and technical support.
Service Request Ticket
If you have changes that your need made to your web site, changes to email accounts, domain changes, or other tasks that your need to iComEx Website Management Team to address for you, please submit a Service Request and we put your task into our workflow. Most Service Request are addresses within 1-2 business day, depending on our workload.
Trouble Ticket
If you are having trouble with a service that we provide to you, need technical assistance with your web site or email, or have another technical support question that you would like to ask, please submit a Trouble Ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Trouble Tickets are usually addressed withing 1-2 business days, depending on our workload. Trouble Tickets are usually answered by email unless it is determined that a phone call is necessary. If your question is general enough in nature, we may publish the answer in the Support FAQ's.
Phone Support
You can call iComEx for support at 972-712-2100 during our normal business hours. Depending on the availability of a support technician, we may need to schedule a call-back time.
Remote Support
If it is determined that an iComEx support technician needs to remotely access your computer, if a support technician is not immediately available, we will schedule a time for this to take place. You may also request a remote support appointment by submiting a Trouble Ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible with your appointment date and time.
